Our dehydrated fruits and powders are made using a gentle, slow-drying process that preserves the natural goodness of the fruit — nothing else added, nothing taken away.

Our products have a shelf life of up to 12 months when stored unopened in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, we recommend sealing the packaging tightly and consuming the product within 4–6 weeks for optimal freshness and flavour. Always check the best-before date printed on the packaging.

Yes, all VitraFruits products are 100% plant-based and suitable for vegans and vegetarians. They are also naturally gluten-free. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please review the ingredient list on the product page or get in touch and we'll assist you.

Yes, we do! We supply restaurants, cafés, health stores, and corporate clients across South Africa. For wholesale pricing and minimum order quantities, please email us at orderinfo@vitrafruits.co.za with your business details and the products you are interested in. Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery nationwide typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location. Major metropolitan areas (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria) are usually at the faster end. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been collected by our courier.

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of R150 on all orders. Orders totalling R500 or more qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in South Africa. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm payment. For more detail, visit our Shipping Costs page.

Yes, collection can be arranged. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability and arrange a suitable collection time and location. Note that collection orders are not subject to the shipping fee.
